Hi, can you make a video helping to sort the proxy connection errors for Filmora 13. I have tried everything the help at Wondershare suggests and nothing works. I have a lifetime subscription and I can't use it because I get the message "error connecting to the server, check proxy settings" I have tried different settings and restoring defaults etc. but nothing works, it's very frustrating!

Filmora Discount Codes NOT WORKING... Can Filmora get ANYTHING right? Even when they have a youtuber promoting for them, they mess everything up... Why do they expect people to spend HOURS just to leverage a simple coupon code and understand the basics like... you know, 'what' the heck is 'included' and WHICH of the dozens of plans/products are the best for your needs ...Filmora has sucked so much time from me just to try to understand 'what' I'm buying and how much it will cost... Ive thrown in the towel and chosen Adobe suite.... Whoever does Filmora's marketing and customer experience needs to be FIRED like, STAT.

I have learned so much from you I really would like to say thank you from a old age pensioner who loves video editing. Could you answer this question for me please, I have created a video using text to speech and exported the video and all is fine but I would like to use the same voice again but I cant remember which one I used or the alteration to the voice settings. Is there anyway of looking at my video to see which voice I used and the settings I changed. I have clicked on the generated voice audio track but it does not tell me what I need to know.

I have no idea how you managed to get these prices. I've checked yesterday night and again today, I still see the Cross-Platform Annual Plan price at $49.99, not $29.99. Also a thing that bothers me is that they reduced the AI credits to 200 per month, instead of unlimited; which is a deal breaker for me. Of course for those who are already subscribed, they will still have their AI credits unlimited, but it'll switch after their subscription will renew.

Jacky please explain the difference between a perpetual plan and a annual plan as filmora say they are the same so you do not get free AI credits

Stock Media providers such as Pexel, Giphy, and Pixabay are gone, That was the USP of filmora. Why? And u can not filter anymore on free effects etc etc so the software is slower now. Why @filmora?
